Comments: Was searching for something the other day and ran across the towboat named after my brother. The Brian P. O'Daniels -- Florida Marine. Would love to get a pdf to save in our River History folder for our family. I did order a coffee cup because I think it would make a great b-day gift for him coming up!

Comments: Thinking about family and Oscar Walters came up. Just looked at pictures of the tug named after him. The Walters were close when I was young. Oscar worked for my next door neighbors son. Everett Odom. My mom painted a picture of the tug. Don’t know who has it. I would love to get a picture of the tug. Loved Oscar.92748

Comments: Worked on Ashland Oil boats as both deckhand and striker. MV Ashland, MV Allied-Ashland, MV Valvoline, MV Aetna Louisville, and living near the Ashland Oil harbor, sometimes even worked MV Harbor Point.
College took me away from that life, but if I had my life to live over again, might have stayed on the river.
I still have a Merchant Marine Grade B Tankerman's license if anybody needs me.
